I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The chairs in their waiting room were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the doctor.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. James O'Neill, MD was very thorough and informative. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert which is why I have been a patient for over 20 years.
