The most unprofessional office I have ever been to

I am very disappointed in Dr Borders and her office. After having a Pap Smear, no one from the office contacted me after the results were back showing that it was abnormal. They refused to mail me a copy of the results so I had to go in person to pick up one of the lab results. Their new office website Axia is a total mess. I asked several times for a copy of a certain record and they will not send it or put it on their website page. I would not recommend Dr Borders or her office for any health care needs.
