Dr. Corales is great! His staff? Stinks! If you call they put you on hold, they keep you on hold to tie up the phone lines. If you call and get Piper, just hang up and try again. Shes so accustomed to treating people like they don't matter that she's no longer effective.

Another tip: if you call and reach someone and they ask you to hold, say "No" and then give them the info or get the info you need. They are the only ones thinking they are doing something, only because they can't multi-task.

No wifi (internet) sp prepare to be bored!
No TV (except for infomercials that will drive you crazy!)

So the reason I put 1 star is because how good the doc is when you can't get in to see him or get past his staff matters more than the care he gives!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
