Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
