I have been doctoring with Dr..Borst for 20 years, I really feel like he cares about his patients. A visit there is seems more through than some of my others , here you don't feel like just a number. I have never questioned the care I have gotten with him. I have also saw his assistant a couple of times, and she seemed great also, the lady with the foreign sounding name. His office is always staffed with awesome workers, I have never had any complaints about this office at all. He even bills in such a way that I have had to pay a copay like he is primary, not specialist. Which probably helps his patients alot!

No, it was expensive.

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
