Have been approved for humera went through the whole process
Insurance will pay for this medicine which would benefit my disease that I have.
I have gotten nothing but the run around for the past 3 months and no calls back or anything
I have lied to various times stating will call you which never happens
I have never seen a doctor or their office be so irresponsible
I'm still waiting for that phone call!!!!!!!!!
I have to travel through 2 counties to get to this doctor
That really makes it even worse
I was under the impression that all doctors had a code of ethics

The doctor came in and spent his one minute with me and would not look at some some of the moles I was concerned about. He just stated that there were too many and he would deal with them later. I had 5 small skin issues. He could not be bothered looking at 3 of them. Very disappointed with him, his staff were awesome, made up for his lack of a bedside manner. I will not be going back to him again

The doctor and staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were so friendly! They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

For my first several visits, I saw a Nurse Practitioner at this office. She was awesome; she honestly should have been a doctor. Because my problem was solved, I stopped going for about 6 months. When the problem returned, I made an appointment, and was saw by the actual doctor. He treated me with the attitude of "Well, life sucks and you'll just have to deal with it". He then proceeded to put me on the same medication that I was on before; the one that didn't work completely. It is their policy that they see you every month when starting a new treatment. I made my next appointment to see the Nurse Practitioner. Honestly, if my insurance payed for another dermatologist, I would leave. Thank god his nurses are competent.
