One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The office was easy enough to find. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

I really don't trust them to only recommend dental procedures I need. It seems like every time I'm there they recommend some ridiculously expensive procedure that I know I don't really need. His special cavity finding machine is more of a dollar finding machine. When I did have a cavity filled he over drilled and now I have a huge space between my teeth that everything gets stuck in when I eat. Also he made me bite of some block and put some kind of rubber thing over my facewhen he filled it, I felt like I couldn't breath and have never had any other dentist do this for a filling. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. He is rude and his bedside manner has something to be desired. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.

I am new to the area, and a friend referred me to see Dr. Adam at Holecek Family Dental. From when I first scheduled my appointment to check-out, the staff at the office were friendly and professional. I had my teeth cleaned with the hygienist (Terry?). I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time and was anxious, but she was very gentle and did a great job. I needed to have two fillings and was able to see Dr. Adam the next day. The fillings went well and I am very satisfied with my treatment. I would definitely recommend Holecek Family Dental to my friends and family.
