Dr. Connors wasn't nice to her assistant she sad rude remarks in front of me which made me feel uncomfortable. I won't be going back.

Dr. Connors is a wonderful dentist. She is thoughtful, kind, patient and clearly highly intelligent. She deals with people's concerns with consideration. I know that she will listen carefully, and explain any options thoroughly. I couldn't be happier.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable?
Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

Dr. Connors is a good dentist--- HOWEVER.. I'm sick and tired of the wait she puts me through. Then she is rude!!! -- if you tell her.... "I need to go I can't spend my whole day here". Maybe this review will help the next person looking for a dentist.

Not at all, I said I was in pain, but they told me to deal with it

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

They made sure every single question I had was answered and even called me back to make sure all of my questions where answered. I usually don't like going to the Dentist but they make me feel calm every time I visit. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. Great place!

Dr. Connors is very thorough and keeps up-to-date with new technology and procedures. She is the best dentist I've ever been to, and I have had plenty of dental care. I moved out of the Iowa City area and miss her dental practice very much.
