She is totally lacking in interest in her patients. Spends her appointment time re-reading her notes from our last visit, then writes prescriptions.

Horrible service and filthy waiting room. Expect a 1 to 3 1/2 hour wait for a psychiatrist who is not knowledgeable and never prepared. Don't waste your time and money. None of the staff or doctors here care about anything but making a buck

Dr. Mossinghoff does not show the slightest bit of compassion or concern for her patients. First off I would wait 45 minutes to an hour in the waiting room at each visit. She barely talks to you and rushes you out the door. Very poor patient care. The last time I was there I confronted her about the hour that I spent in the waiting room; she wouldn't make eye contact and acted like she could care less. Very unprofessional and shouldn't be a doctor of any sort.

They never answer any of my questions over the phone. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients (and hospitals) here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing her . My appointments don't get cancelled, but I have to wait and wait and wait and wait to be seen. She spreads herself too thin and doesn't spend time getting to know a patient before she makes rushed, life-changing decisions. I never get the feeling she actually listens to me. It's like talking to a brick wall sometimes. She has preconceived notions and cannot be shaken from them.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
