They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Patricia Wyatt Harris, MD was very thorough and informative. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
