Excellent and put you at ease when you are having a not so pleasant procedure done. The nursing staff is very patient and kind when you get emotional. All in all, they put the patient and their concerns first. I recommend this office to everyone.

I've never gotten a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. It made me feel like they didn't care whether I showed up or not. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Experience was HORRIBLE!!!!! Only go here if you want to have an extremely painful experience and unsympathetic staff to deal with. They scheduled way too many appointments at the same time and were just concerned with herding the people through, didn't care about their patient's comfort or the concerns of their clients.

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. Having my teeth pulled was a very scary expirence for me. We had no consultation prior and the procedure was so fast and uncomfortable I left bleeding and crying and noone cared. Felt like something out of an old horror movie.
