I was a patient with Dr. Bernard for many years and she told me my side effects were all in my head. She yelled at me and made me feel like I was her child. Always felt rushed, she was always out the door before you got your questions answered. Didn't keep very good notes on your visit and blamed me for something she forgot to enter in the chart. I always felt a doctor was here to help the sick and to be understanding, not her she could care less on how you feel which is awful in my book. Things are really changing and it's hard to find a doctor that cares about the patient any more. I'm just so frustrated with her behavior. It seems like it's all about the money and not the care which is such a shame. especially with her.

I was very impressed on my first visit with Dr. Bernard. Subsequent visits with her have just been OK, as I have felt she is rushed, disinterested and has not taken the time to explain things as well as they could be. Her staff is friendly enough, not great, but not bad either. One thing that bothered me was that she answered her cell phone during her exam with me, it was a personal call from one of her kids. That is a no-no in my book.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
