Dr. D'Silva is a loving, caring, doctor who puts his patients first. He is there when he says he will be and holds your hand throughout your ordeals even when it means he has to go the extra mile. He details every alternative and the reasoning behind his advice. I love this man for his caring nature and his ability to take the time to listen to your concerns.

He is an exceptional human being as well as a doctor. We need more family practiioners like this doctor.

Dr. D'Silva was seen at Mid America Rehab. He is an irrogant jerk that was quick to dismiss concerns and had a true "I am a doctor/god" complex.
He never listened and often interupted in the 5 minutes spent in the room. If I could give him 0 stars I would have, but it didn't allow it.
He has no bedside manner and should be ashamed to call himself a doctor, a person that took an oath to help others when the only one he was interested in helping was himself, out of the room!
If you question him as to why he has ordered a medication/treatment he obviously gets irritated and leaves the room.
Very disrespectful man!

Never, they are very reliable.
Was this provider's office too cold?
Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
