I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. By the looks of their equipment I don't think its been updated for a VERY long time. They should think about upgrading it.

I had numerous problems with this provider. Not only was the Aiea office empty and locked at the time I was told to arrive for my appointment, the hallways were dirty and the building dilapidated. While scheduling the appiontment, I was told by the office staff that my carrier wouldn't cover my procedure but if I scheduled a special consultation, that they might be able to get them to cover some of the costs. After waiting for a few minutes in the hallway for the office to re-open, my instincts took over and I called my dentist to get a referral to a different doctor. It was at that time that I was told that my insurance, both insurances, cover portions of the procedure and that they couldnt understand why I was told otherwise. Needless to say, the appointment wasn't kept. There was no way I was going to let this office put me under and perform surgery on my jaw.
