Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The staff was friendly enough, but I expected more of a warm welcome from a family practice.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I have seen Dr. Ferris for over ten years. He is a great listener and never makes me feel like he's in a hurry. He is easy to talk to and very compassionate. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a very caring and knowledgeable physician.
