This is christopher hill i seen u sunday in regards of my ativan,,i have made it here to treat ment at options in wichita,ks....when i packed my bgs i packed my zoloff and missed ur ur placed my ativan 1mg ...i have been taking them as told add the seem to be workkk well for me and the treartment center has approved them as well as my po .im asking u to pplz fax a scrips to options ...dr i would not ask but i honestly can not find the and need them ,as u already no the nurse will be in ic complete control of ail meths ,,for what its worth im truely sorry and ask u to please help me out it ths matter so i can main stable and focus on my recovery once again thats for ur tme and and considerration i had them packed in my bag now rehab says they r not hereplz contact me at6202188867

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
