I will not be returning! I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. Kelly, the receptionist, is immature & snotty. Williams doesn't seem to care what you say to him, he forms opinions before you open your mouth nor does he review medical records. If your in pain, take Motrin even if you have 3 sets of MRIs, X rays, & recommendations for management by specialists. I really do pay that he develops spine issues!

I would not ever see this doctor again! He is NOT a supporter of breast feeding and said that it is only marginally better than formula. When I tried to tell him why I want to continue, I have a micro-preemie, he said that my breast milk was "crap" and I needed to switch to formula. He had no information at all about my baby's history when he made that statement.

He was also very short with his staff and it felt like they were all on pins and needles around him. To make matters even worse he tried to charge me double what an appointment usually costs and come to find out later he only gave me half of the pain meds that were the normal amount for me.


Personally, I would give him no stars if I were able to do so.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
Was this provider's office too cold?
No, it was fine
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
