They blocked my way physically when I wanted to accompany my mother, who's been diagnosed with cognitive difficulties (I'm now her guardian). My questions were answered extremely grudgingly. Their staff was defensive and nervous, and I was told I'd be in the way. They do technically great work, but acted bizarrely. They said they don't even "allow" the guardian of a deaf minor patient of theirs back with him. I think this is unprofessional, possibly illegal, and I would never recommend them to anyone, nor visit them again.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
