Dr. Kato has replaced a broken crown of my upper left molar. The procedure was painless except for the device keeping my mouth open
during the procedure. Keeping my mouth open for over an hour and more was uncomfortable but not really painful. I had some soreness in my jaws after the procedure for a few hours.
The replacement crown is an excellent functioning new tooth. I have had several crowns in the past and Dr. Kato's expertise was right at the top of my previous experiences. I recommend him highly for any dental work. Little or no pain involved.

Sitting in the waiting room, it was evident to me that Dr. Kato and his staff put forth a good faith effort to care for patients of all backgrounds. He and his staff provided gentle, quality care, always making sure I was comfortable and that I understood what was going on. This put me at ease. The business office staff helped explain my dental insurance and got me scheduled as soon as possible. The office is located in a multi-business industrial area, building is on the older side, but inside the office is clean and has updated digital equipment. I also appreciated that neither Dr. or staff pushed me to do any unnecessary dental work. They clearly explained my options and respected my decision. The Dr. and staff (the ones I have met so far) all seem to be good people - honest, hard working, and down to earth. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. Warning on hidden costs!

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. Their dental equipment definitely wasn't clean. It was obvious that they never sanitize it. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me.
