My experience was and has always been very pleasant with Dr. Allgood. He will be missed when he leaves and I just hope if I ever need surgery again the next surgeon will be just as good.

My experience was excellent. The nursing staff as well as Dr. Allgood were top notch. Dr. Allgood's calm demeanor makes a patient feel at ease in preparation for their procedure. I would recommend any of these staff and particularly Dr. Allgood for any general surgery procedure.

It was a terrifying appointment, because it was a description of my cancer diagnosis and treatment, but Dr Allgood and Shari were very compassionate, answered questions readily, and helped me to understand the plan of treatment and choices I have to make.

Very helpful and caring . Liz has a nice personality witch is missing in a lot of office people. Dr Allgood was very nice and explained everything very well . Nice to see again a dr with a sense of humor and a personality!

Everyone was so very nice and helpful...considering any surgury is nerve wrecking for the person having it this was nice to have such kind abd caring nurses and Doctor. Made me as comfortable as possible and helped me through it. I would definitely recommend them if anyone needed. It was explained well what was going to happen and the results were explained.

Dr. Allgood consulted with me about my breast cancer testing (mammogram, ultrasound, MRI and biopsies) results. He was very thorough and pleasant. He explained possibilities and made recommendations based on my history and preferences to proceed. Nurse Sherry Showalter was also very thorough in her explanations about the tests and results. She was very considerate, empathetic and kind.

I thought the staff at the office made me feel very welcoming when I arrived. The nurse I had (Liz) was really nice and made me feel very comfortable!! And, Dr. Allgood was very nice and took the time to talk to me in a very calming way....all in all was a great experience!!!

I have always received the best care from Dr. Allgood and his staff. I actually started seeing him in July 2014 for a consultation regarding breast cancer. He performed my lumpectomy and port placement. Most of the other appointments were follow-up appointments. He is the best!!
