I was at Dr. Going's office today to have all four of my wisdom teeth cut out. Dr. Going and his staff are without a doubt great people and care about their patients. However, when I went in for my my visit before getting my teeth removed, I calmly and sincerely explained to the nurse that hydrocodone 5s would do absolutely nothing for me, and I knew this from other incidents that have required such medical treatment... I was givin 5's. I have been in excruciating pain for hours all because they would not listen to me. We gave them a call about it. They offer to prescribe more 5s... I find it appalling that these people would let patients suffer as I did.

I saw Dr Robert E. Going in another office( Imagix Dental). office staffs were nice and friendly, but Dr . Going is a selfish, rude, unconfident Dr. He was almost 3 hours behind. my son's( he is just 10 years old) appointment was at 12:30. he saw him at 2:20, left him alone in the room until 3:15 that he started the surgery. He did not let me stay with him, even I asked to stay until he starts the surgery,he did not let me.because he called the room " surgery room" (which was the room that we had regular exam in it before). and when I told him "I know the difference between this room and surgery rooms in the hospital,do you think I am stupid?" He answered "yes".

I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
