I wanted to write down so others would know what a Great Dr. he is.
I did read the information they gave me and it did say even on the referral sheet that they were not any member of a managed care
group. When I called they even called my insurance and let me know what I would need to pay. Very friendly staff they really care about you.
I don't know what happened to the other lady or man but they were very up front about not being a manage care dentist. It was on referral sheet and the paper work I filled out.

Was satisfied with work Dr. Geerlings did on my daughter (high school student) but when the tooth turned gray from the root canal I called for re-bleaching which I paid additional for and could not get them to do it. We were told this fee was for up to (3) bleaching's and we just received 1. We were not informed you had to use them in the first year. VERY UNSATISFIED!

I went to this specialist after being referred by my dentist. I called to confirm they were "In Network" with my insurance provider and was told "YES" they were. I scheduled the appointment, paid the reasonable upfront fees, then after the appointment I got hit with a big bill. They were in fact NOT in network at all. I called to state that I had checked with them. They said it was "My responsiblity" I believe in being honest and treating people fairly. I was so upset, didn't have the money and they sent it to a collections company that was so rude and constantly called during work. The way they went after me you would think I owed the cost of a car. BEWARE if you do buisness with this doctor you may pay WAY MORE than you think you will! I learned the hard way!
