DELTACARE Patients:
BEWARE If you have DELTACARE HMO insurance. Southlake Dental Associates changes you a lab Fee of $250.00 for crowns, $250.00lab fee per unit on a bridge, $275.00 lab fee for dentures or partials. There have been many patients that have disputed these charges, and has contacted deltacare. DeltaCare has advise The Office Manager that she COULD NOT CHARGE these patients a lab fee, and to refund the money to the patients. Of course with southlakes financial issues they have not refund any payments to the patients.

I have worked for Southlake Dental Associates for 5 years. During my time at southlake dental there were always money issues. I have never worked for a company before that you actually had to prey before you walk in to the bank to cash your payroll check. I answered the phones at Southlake. Instead of scheduling appointments most of the call I took were bill collectors and calls from the IRS. After working there 5 long years, I found out that Dr. Troy Gibbons the owner did not submit my earning to social security for 4 of the 5 years I worked there.
