Dr. Frier always takes whatever time is required to address my health concerns. I never feel rushed in asking questions. She can address nearly all of my problems but is always quick to refer me to specialists as needed. She's been my primary care doctor for more than ten years. I trust her judgment when a decision is called for about treatment plans.

Please enter your review here. Dr frier is a wonderfull dr , always answered my questions. The office is very neat and clean with no music. I can schedule an appointment whenever I needed. The office are very friendly .

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The only problem is that it is hard to get an appointment in a timely manner. Dr. Frier is compassionate, and takes the time to cover everything thoroughly. She is a very competent doctor. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
