I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I left pissed off that I had taken my kids out of school and wasted the gas and money to travel. I will NEVER go back to the office and will not refer him to anyone. Wait until a GOOD ENT at Riley Hospital opens up if you need help for your child

scheduling my second surgery with Dr. Fairchild and my husband has also had surgery with another office MD. Very competent and thorough. Human and professional. Staff is competent, less warm though.

I went to Dr. Thomas Fairchild as a result of having extreme sinus/head issues with a need for surgery. He had zero personality. If he had any expression at all his face would have broken. He was very impersonal, even made me feel like I had nothing better to do than to come to the doctor, like I was wasting his time and to hurry up and get this over with. I was not given the opportunity to even explain any issues. Rushed, like I was putting him out just for him to see me. I will not see him again and I should have told him to go to hell and get up and left. Never have I seen a doctor that made me so terribly uncomfortable and like it was hurting him to have to see me!! Waste of my time and money!!!
