We were there for a consultation and I had to wait 45 minutes before I was helped, and then I had to ask if this was going to take a while before service. I was accidently over looked. Everyone was very helpful and allowed me to go back with my daughter. The Dr. and assistants were very clear and answered all of my questions. I never felt unwelcomed.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. The dentist Dionne Colbert got annoyed b/c I complained I was in pain. She is truly horrible. She rushes and wants to start drilling even after telling her several times my tooth gums were not numbed!!!got an attitude when I asked another dentist to give me a shot that would work!!!!what a total witch!!!!!!!!

Terrible terrible service. And why would the receptionist be telling me what problems I have with my teeth? The only reason my family and I were there was because this was the dentist our insurance wanted us to go to. Or normal dentist is out of state.

I after hardly inspecting my teeth at all and giving not so excellent x-rays, I was told I had 5 or so cavities between my teeth that all needed filling and I needed a crown on a molar that only had staining.

Luckily, we just left before anything was done. But for the holidays I was able to get in an appointment to my normal dentist since we would be in town. After looking over my teeth, my dentist was quite upset that those other dentist would say I suddenly had about 5 cavities and needed a crown. She complained about the x-ray and said the dental assistants weren't properly trained to take a good x-ray. She explained that just because a tooth is stained doesn't mean it is a cavity, which I didn't.

I understand everyone needs their money but.... the people at Great Expressions are over treating patients for things they don't have. This is why people who don't have insurance can't afford any, they're sucking peoples' wallets dry! I've had normal visits to my real dentist since I was about 10 years old, I know how to take care of my teeth and what to expect when I visit a dentist.

Imagine the people that don't regularly schedule their dentist appointments and they visit this Great Expression dentist. They won't know that these people are most likely over treating them for problems they don't have.

Please, do not visit this dentist. They seriously need to change their ways and become honest people, this is just horrible. I'll be posting my review on various sites.
