I first visited this establishment six months ago and formed a favorable opinion of them. I had x-rays taken, a routine cleaning, and was given a clean bill of dental health (no cavities, gums in okay shape, etc). I went back again recently and had a negative experience comparable with those who have already left reviews.

I went in expecting just another routine cleaning (and had not experienced any dental issues in the meantime) and wound up with an estimate of $576.00 or so for treatment of "several areas of gum infection." If I understood the hygienist correctly, they actually wanted to inject antibiotics directly into the gums for treatment. I left because that seemed a very drastic recommendation for someone with no history of gum disease. I've since learned that's generally a "last-ditch" treatment for advanced gum disease like Necrolyzing Ulcerative Gingivitis (Google it -- I think I'd know if I had a condition like that). Not the sort of thing I'd develop coming off of a routine visit/cleaning six months ago (not to mention the complete lack of symptoms).

So my advice is that they seem competent enough in their work, but be extremely wary of any "major" procedures they recommend. Get a second opinion. My impression was that they were pushing for the most expensive treatment option without due concern for its drastic nature (and its potential effects on my health). If there was no evidence/symptoms of infected areas other than their word (and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt as professionals on that), I just don't think I'd need treatment as radical as direct injections into the gums.

Went in for a general cleaning. They took $95 worth of x-rays and then told me they could only do the cleaning if I spent 1,700 dollars to fix everything before they could do a cleaning and told me that the cleaning was not really important. They incorrectly scheduled my appointment as well would never recommend them to anyone

Was scheduled for 1:00pm incorrectly and was told 2:00pm was open. All I needed was a cleaning and possible Xray. They told me 1:00pm, then they were overbooked, then after spending 2 hours was given a grand total of 690 dollars and no cleaning. I would never recommend them to anyone!!
