LEE DENTAL ON CLEVELAND AVE IN ATLANTA RIPPED ME OFF . I CAME THERE WITH A SWOLLEN JAW , I PAID THE 60 DOLLARS FOR AN EXAM AND AN X-RAY . THE NURSE CONVINCED ME THAT THEY COULD NOT DO ANY THING UNTIL THE SWELLING GOES DOWN . THE DENTIST ENTERED THE ROOM AND DIDNT EVEN LOOK IN MY MOUTH . HE PRESCRIBED ME PENNACILLIAN & PAIN MEDS WHICH WERE NOT STRONG ENOUGH . HE TOLD ME TO COME BACK WHEN MY SWELLING GOES DOWN AND SAID THAT I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE X-RAY & EXAM THAT I PAID FOR . WHEN I RETURNED EVERY DAY THE FRONT DESK CLERK TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE TO CROWDED AND WOULD NOT GET TO ME . I FINALLY CAME EARLY IN THE MORNING , AFTER A 2 HOUR WAIT THE SAME NURSE TOOK ME INTO A NASTY ROOM AND I TOLD HER THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID PREVIOUSLY BUT MY MOUTH WAS SWOLLEN AND I NEVER GOT MY X- RAY OR EXZAM . SHE GOT VERY RUDE WITH ME AND TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AGAIN . I TRYED TO EXPLAIN THAT SHE WAS THE SAME ONE THAT TOLD ME TO WAIT UNTIL MY SWELLING WENT DOWN , BUT SHE DID NOT WANT TO HEAR ME AND SAID THAT THE DENTIST SAW ME . I THEN EXPLAINED THAT THE DENTIST NEVER EVEN LOOKED INTO MY MOUTH AND I NEVER GOT MY EXZAM AND X-RAY THAT I PAID FOR THE FIRST TIME . SHE KEPT A RUDE ATTITUDE AND SAID THAT SHE DIDNT CARE AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AGAIN . I LOOKED AROUND AT HOW NASTY THE ROOM WAS , AND SAID YOU KNOW WHAT IM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU . THIS IS A BUSINESS AND YOU ARE BEING RUDE AND THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL . I ONLY LOST 60 DOLLARS BUT I NEVER IMAGINED THAT A DENTAL OFFICE WOULD BE RIPPING OFF THERE PATIENTS . SO IM POSTING THIS TO TELL PEOPLE MY EXPERIENCE ABOUT LEE DENTAL OFFICE ON CLEVELAND AVE . I TOLD ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ALSO . MASABA TYSON
