I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
