Many good things to say about her especially at first but over time I felt that she had given up on listening and was just renewing medications, even though I was saying the medications were no longer working. Generally good but willing to gloss over things to keep the line moving. Like most of these psychs, doesn't take insurance.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Not at all! The provider was always present and attentive
Did this psychiatrist use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Dr. Lybrook is wonderful. Can not say enough good about her. She is kind and empathetic and as I am a reasonably intelligent person who reads a lot, she involves me in my treatment decisions. NOT a "pill pusher," just someone motivated to help the patient in any way possible. We often discuss vitamins and any alternative treatments I may have read about. I am a lifelong sufferer of anxiety and having her in my corner is a blessing. Also, her staff is always kind and gracious.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They never encouraged any of my negative behavior, and gave me plenty of helpful solutions for what I was going through. They were able to help me get of negative patterns and routines very quickly. Every time I visit, I'm always given their whole attention throughout the entire appointment. They always go above and beyond to make me feel respected and important. I was very glad that my appointment went the way it did. They were so much more knowledgeable than I ever expected them to be, and they gave me fantastic advice. She truly is the best psychiatrist I have ever seen. I wish I could have taken her with me when I moved!
