Dr. Gary Wayne Parnes has left no forwarding info I can find, and his offices appear closed with no working phone numbers.
He has my dental records, owes me repair work and I need help locating him.

I am in a lot of trouble with failing work he kept re-cementing instead of replacing, which he agreed to do.
