They ignored my questions and cancelled my appointment without notifying me. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Nothing was accomplished, and I felt much worse when I left.

I think the world of this team! I met them years ago when I had an emergency and they agreed to help me instead of the dentist I was seeing at the time. Needless to say, I switched to their office and haven't looked back! Other things about their office you might like to know are: Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.
