Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
No, they didn't wear any cologne
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature?
Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

I've had considerable work done on my teeth in the past year or so. This office is wonderful and I would highly recommend any of the dentists there. They have also been great with my kids. Kind, considerate and informative. Never a long wait to be seen.

Very Disappointed - I will never use this office again I was over charged several times. On one occasion I was told that a procedure would be covered by insurance and it was not. I had a temp cap installed that lasted ONE day before it fell out. I was told that the procedure was covered by my retired dental insurance (40%) it was not.. So the one day cap cost me over $300. What a rip-off - I will never use their office again. Their office does not know what customer service is all about -- I DO NOT recommend them
