In 2010, Dr. Loden became my dentist -- and in 2013, I'm even more satisfied now than I was in 2010 -- AND he was awesome back then too! From the minute you call the office or walk through the front door -- the staff and Dr. Loden make you feel like you are their most important patient. The entire office takes the fear of going to the dentist away. The facility is very clean, decorated very tastefully and on the cutting edge of technology. This is an office always striving to be better. Dr. Loden will listen to you and is very thorough. He is kind and truly cares about his patients. Even if I knew and liked all the other dentists in town, Dr. Michael Loden is the one who I would tell everyone to go to....and I do tell just about anyone I can!!

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure?
Yes, I was able to rinse

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
