Dr. Brazus is the best obgyn! I love her and her staff. She takes my concerns seriously. She is serious, but still personable.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their staff was friendly enough. They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
