They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
