They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They were downright degrading and I didn't feel respected at all. Their comments were hurtful.
She was arrogant and rude. She didn't seem to care at all about my issue.
