Absolutely Incredible!‎‎ When I walked into this office, I immediately felt at home !! I was treated great by the staff, and Dr. Roshan is very knowledgeable and his chair-side manner is perfect. He explained everything he was going to do in terms that I could even understand. I highly recommend Dr. Shirley Simmonds !!!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Never, they are very reliable.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature.
