Worked with both Fruitville office and Venice office. Poor scheduling, communications; revolving door of personnel (3 surgeons, 2 dentists, 2 hgygenists in 1-1/2 years. Implant not completed during that time; found a new dentist and had it done in 2 weeks at $800 less.

They refused to give me my 100% teeth cleaning and did xrays instead. Then they quoted me $193.80 in order for me to get my teeth cleaned. My teeth were in great condition except a little plaque.

I have been seeing this dentist since August. I first called in May because I had a cracked tooth and had to leave a message (I did so 5 times) no one called me back. I was finally able to get in to see them in August. (this is the only dentist my insurance will cover with in 75 miles). They did the work on my mouth and put in a temporary bridge and I paid over $1200 for the permanent one (it's February 23rd and I still don't have it) I have called so many times and had to leave messages, when I did get a hold of someone they put me on hold for 40 minutes, picked up the phone and hung up. My temporary bridge fell out on 2/19 - ofcourse I called and was lucky that their regional manager was there and answered the phones. She was able to get me an apt. for the following week to get work done on the permanent bridge (because they messed that up and had to have a specialist from the lab come in to fix it) The people in the office never returned my calls about fixing the temporary bridge.
I have paged the Dr. for an emergency today (Saturday) because I am in a great deal of pain. She won't return my urgent page.
DO NOT SEE THESE PEOPLE!!
