I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were friendly and gracious the entire appointment and made me feel at home. The only downside is the long wait. Dr. Gasparis is also on staff at the hospital so he is VERY busy and sometimes comes in late to start the day.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Wait close to 2 hours to get to see him. He doesn't spend time with you. It's hard to understand him or what he's trying to tell you is wrong with you. What's easy to understand is that he easily prescribes pain pills at the blink of an eye & tells you to come back in a week or two when you can get some more.
