Dr. Morgan is great, but his office staff is very rude. On my first visit I could hear the staff discussing a "gross" patient and was offended, yet I liked Dr. Morgan, so I continued under is care and referred MANY people to his office. Today was the last straw. Elizabeth was rude to me, because their staff had failed to give me the treatment schedule for getting a lower partial and I thought I was there to get my partial, she was angry and rude that I misunderstood the process. Her unprofessional behavior continued at the front desk, while the office mgr Katy and the receptionist witnessed her rude behavior and the only apology I received was "sorry we didn't give you the schedule" as I was handed it. I've never encountered such unprofessional behavior at a healthcare provider in my life and will file every complaint I can and if it stops only one person from visiting this office, I'll be satisfied.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
