I set an appointment over the phone prior to day of office visit. I was told when I arrived there was not an appointment. Luckily, I had noted the staff person's name at the time I made the appointment. The wait in the seating area was more than half an hour. Their staff was not overly friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. We were given a prescription for antibiotics and pain medication and told they would need to talk to Dr. Childers about the need for oral surgery to either be done there or by an outside oral surgeon. That was 14 days ago and I have not heard a word from them although I have contacted them and asked for a phone call and answer. I was satisfied with my initial visit believing they would follow through with what they had said. I am becoming more dissatisfied as the time passes without any response. Most of all, I am disappointed because I have always recommend them to friends, family and coworkers as being the best dentist in Tampa.

No, I was in pain, but they said I didn't need it

No, they only examined them for a few seconds

No. It took me several times to get through.

A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly
