They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Taylor is the only doctor I know of locally that has training in the Soto-Pelle hormone replacement therapy and I have been a patient of his participating in this therapy for a few years now and feel terrific! I highly recommend him.

The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Really friendly, warm people. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
