Front office staff is rude and incompetent. I have been having trouble after root canals and severe pain as a result. I informed the front office staff of my problem and was promised a return call which never happened.

I was looking for a new dentist and saw Dr. Barr for the first time this week. Before I made the appt I had several questions regarding what I needed in a dentist. The receptionist was really nice and answered all my questions.
All the staff members I came in contact with were very friendly and understanding to my personal issues.
Dr Barr was great. He outdid my expectations. He listened to my concerns and we discussed my situation. He advised ultimately it was up to me what I wanted to do and never acted like he was just trying to get my money like a lot of Dr/Dentist do. In addition. the waiting room as well as each patient room were all decorated some with themes like "the jungle room" they all had furniture, mirrors and plants. Even homemade quilts. Very relaxing atmosphere. Each room also has a tv with full cable which is great. It helped distract me and also made the wait time go by faster. The office was also very clean. In addition they offer gas at a very reasonable price for scardy cats like me. I have already recommended Dr Barr to everyone in my office. I have found my new dentist.
