Dr.Piece,and the staff treated me very respectful,the nurse was very polite to my wife and I and we have things in common.We talked about our children about issues with them,as she did my blood pressure and all the necessary things before the doctor came in.
Dr. Piece is a real gentleman,and speaks his mind,about issues with the government and very important life and health issues.It is very interesting talking the the doctor as he speaks his mind.With the heath issues with me,he is taking GREAT CARE of me as he has help me with my back issues,and sent me to a vascular doctor to get me walking again.This doctor does care about his patients if you do have a ligament issue with your health.You have a issue,he will make sure you get the proper care and any MRI'S you may need,or Ultra sounds for a problem,he is right there to help with the diagnosis.He will make sure you have the proper care and tests to treat your issue,I know,now I can walk again from him referring me to a specialist,who fixed my legs,and he also got my back surgery done so now I can move.I am still on some medicine to help me walk,but I came down on so much of the meds,big time,almost 3/4 of what I was taking.he is the MAN,he take good care of his patients,to me,he is my guarding angle of health,and my wife loves him as I am not a crap ass any more with my pain less than what it was,Thank you Dr. Piece,,You are like a brother to me,,Love ya for all you done,Mark

I was a patient of Dr. Pierce from the age of 1 until the age of 27. Five years ago, I needed stitches in my finger. My father told me to go to Dr. Pierce instead of the emergency room. While I was being treated, Dr. Pierce appeared to actually take joy in the fact that I was wincing in pain due while he was shooting my finger with anesthetic. Fast forward three months. Dr. Pierce's office staff mailed my parents, whom I had not lived with for over five years, a 600 dollar bill for four stitches. My parents paid it without telling me. When I found out, I called my insurance and they said they already paid for year stitches and I should not have been billed, and especially not my parents! When I called in Forman explanation, I was met with EXTREME RUDENESS from a woman on the office staff. When I told her I would no longer be a patient, she laughed at me! Here is a really funny thing about the whole incident: Dr. Pierce's partner had to take my stitches out during my follow up. While he was taking my stitches out, he asked me "Who did these stitches?" Before I could respond, he told me "Whoever did this did a terrible job!" I think the rude woman on the office staff is Dr. Pierce's daughter! Staff is rude. Barely acknowledged me because they were too busy gossiping. Phone is rarely answered promptly. I have witnessed the Office Manager, Devan, be blatantly rude to other staff and patients, or too preoccupied with personal matters to help others (I know they were personal issues because I could hear her talking about them from the waiting room I waited in for over 30 minutes). Was scheduled once to come in when Dr. Wasn't even IN the office, then told that "They never make appointments early that morning because the Dr. has rounds" WHY was I scheduled then? This was a follow up visit made a month in advance, not an emergency visit. Doctor Pierce and his associate are fantastic, but the staff is lacking. When someone in a position of authority in the office can be as unprofessional as his office manager (even going so far as to MOCK the other doctor on staff at one point!), it makes it hard to continue seeing the Dr. I have since stopped being a patient of Dr. Pierce due ENTIRELY to his terrible staff!!!
