I'm writing to express huge disappointment following a recent experience my wife had with your dental practice. Despite being a loyal patient, she encountered an issue that I believe warrants the business owners attention. Due to unforeseen traffic delays, which she communicated ahead of her appointment, she arrived 10 minutes late. Unfortunately, the reception she received was less than understanding. The interaction with the front desk staff, who insisted on rescheduling despite her efforts and the long commute (20+ minutes delay due to traffic), was unacceptable. We all know that dentists run behind and always are delayed, yet we still go and get our teeth cleaned. To be turned away from something your industry does as a common practice is asinine.

I would suggest that the management team gather feedback on patient interactions with front desk personnel. These individuals need to be evaluated like any other business to see if their interactions ensure that all patients feel valued and respected, regardless of unforeseen circumstances, and if not, be removed from the practice. Given the litany of negative reviews, you should look into this immediately before you lose more than just my wife as a patient.

Can I give a Zero Review? Do not go to this dentist, I dont even know where to begin but took four visits to get a crown, on the forth try the dentist could not fit properly so suggested grinding down my healthy teeth below to fit properly!

My main concern is the cleanliness of the office. It's not very clean per se and everything is OLD. the tools that hang on the table near your chair didn't have plastic on them and I have never seen that before. Every other office I have been in changes out plastic and keeps a plastic type cover over the area where the dentist holds the drills and such. this area is touching your mouth. so it makes sense to do that. they do not do that. not a good sign and im nervous about what else they do not protect. I cant say this will be my regular office. As far as the chair side manner ... I would say that it was a little difficult getting my point accross and they didnt seem to want to get down to all my issues and why I was there at once. "we can deal with that later" was more or less the attitude. The doctor addressed that one thing, regardless of what I wanted to mention in regards to the full background of my mouth and sent me on my way. I get it ... but also as a new patient, that doesnt put me at ease that next time you are going to want to listen. I will update my rating after going some more...if I can stand the fact that the tools are not covered in plastic.
