It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
