He pushes everything off to medical assistants. Feel lucky if you get one of them, he is shakes his head and goes about his Merry way. The nurses and office women are fat lazy and rude! You'll get better service at the CVS!

I have been going to Dr. Hoyt's office for many years. They are very professional and very caring. Dr. Hoyt has always taken the time to answer all of my questions and his staff have always treated me kindly. I have referred him to many people including family members. I trust him, his associates & staff with my health care needs.

Rude and unprofessional ...After getting to know Dr. Hoyt and his staff, I wouldn't take my dog to see them! They are NEVER on time and quick to dismiss any questions. The staff run free and are a bunch of rude women. None of them care about the patient ...if you go there, believe me you will soon find out it was a mistake!

Dr Hoyt is awful! He set up a colonoscopy a month ahead of time. I stopped my heart medication a week in advance, did the colon prep the day before and when I arrived, they told me they were sorry but they couldn't do it because they set it up at the wrong place and my insurance didn't allow them to do it there. When I complained, That I had not eaten in 48 hours and cleaned my whole system out Judy in his office laughed at me and said " what do you want a steak dinner". I've never been more angry in my life!!! They offered zero help or concern over their mistake!!!! On top of that, I've never been to see him when I didn't have at least an hour wait! They blame everything on their new system..the system they started in April!!! Dr Hoyt was too much of a coward to even face me!!!!

My husband and I have been with Dr. Hoyt for years. We give him a 5 star rating. He's been there for us through thick and thin.

Dr. Hoyt is a nice guy. Extremely friendly, talks maybe a little bit too much (maybe that's why patients wait so long in the waiting rooms/and the back rooms). As for questions I had, I still felt at a loss for information at the end of the visit. I lost track and forgot to ask him some - as we got off subject. There were times I forgot to ask for my refills as well. Thankfully he's just a call away and doens't hesitate to fax the pharmacy!

I have already given family members Dr. Hoyt's name and they have transferred their care to him.

As for the office staff, some are nicer than others (on the phone). One representative is very brief and it feels as if I'm inconviencing her. As for callbacks, my messages are quickly returned. I'm rarely put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

I think Dr. Hoyt overall is a good physician. He listens to me very well, and if I make a suggestions to see outside doctors (specialists) he always goes along with me. I have some skeletal issues... I would recommend Dr. Hoyt as a decent primary care physician.

P.S. I didn't know he did colonoscopy's! Probably much less expensive than at the hospital I go to and the specialist I see. Maybe next year!

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment

No, just a basic listings page

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
