Dr. Morra was treating my family up until the time his staff scheduled an appointment 6 months in advance and never confirmed. They are holding my entire family responsible for a $25 bill they say I owe because I missed an appointment. I am not the type to blow off appointments and I explained to them they will need to confirm an appointment that far in advance. The employee booking the appoint assured me that it would be confirmed. Needless to say it was never confirmed and they are not willing to accept responsibility. I guess Dr. Moral is hard up for the $25 and won't see my family members until it's paid. Sorry Doc but maybe you need to hold your staff responsible for what they tell patients when their scheduling.
A very unsatisfied ex client.

Dr. Mora and his staff are fantastic! The staff is friendly, flexible, and try to fit you in right away if you have an emergency. My experience with Dr. Mora has been very positive! If you are looking for a dentst that will take good care of your teeth and have YOUR best interest in mind then he is a great choice! He is professional, honest, and very caring. Besides seeing my husband and me as patients, he saw our five year old as an emergency appointment. He was kind to her and made us feel assured that she was in the best of care. So much so, that she will now be his patient vs. having a pediatric dentist.

BEWARE!!!
The amount of patient responsibility on a pre-treatment estimate for major dental work conflicted with pricing provided by the patient's dental insurance plan. Clarification was requested & provided by Michael J Morra, Dmd. Although Dr. Morra did not express a concern and additional appointments were scheduled, a staff member telephoned the patient at home later the same day and stated Dr. Morra interpreted this as a lack of trust in his professional opinion and that perhaps it would be best if care was sought elsewhere.This is unfortunate, as the office is in a good location, is clean and the staff is courteous.

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
