I am so disappointed in this practice. Besides the fact of never seeing Dr Harris other than her doing the surgery when I specifically made appointments with her. Now I’m trying to talk with nurse about problem I’ve had since surgery. I’ve been trying to get through and been on hold for 53 minuets this time after being on hold for 30 minuets earlier and Choosing option to have them call me back without ‘ losing your place in line’ so I started at 8:03 and it’s now 10:32 and still holding....

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
